Die Klage wird abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Verfahrens werden der Klägerin auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Die Klägerin kann die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagten vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leisten.
Die Sicherheitsleistung kann auch in Form einer unwiderruflichen, unbedingten, unbefristeten und selbstschuldnerischen Bürgschaft eines in Deutschland zum Geschäftsbetrieb zugelassenen Kreditinstituts bewirkt werden.
