Tenor

Der Angeklagte wird – unter Freisprechung im Übrigen – wegen Diebstahls, wegen Sachbeschädigung und wegen Beförderungserschleichung unter Einbeziehung des Urteils des AG W. vom 21.12.2017 – 337 Ls 150/17 – zu einer Jugendstrafe von 2 Jahren und 8 Monaten verurteilt.

Die Staatskasse trägt die Verfahrenskosten. Auslagen werden nur erstattet, soweit Freispruch erfolgte.
