The court left the existing areas of responsibility unchanged: determining residence, healthcare, managing property, and representing the person before authorities and benefit providers. Tenor

wird anstelle von Herrn D nunmehr Frau G, Y-Straße X, C-Stadt als Berufsbetreuerin zur Betreuerin der Betroffenen bestellt.

Die Aufgabenkreise bleiben unverändert und umfassen:

  • Aufenthaltsbestimmung,

  • Gesundheitsfürsorge

  • Vermögenssorge

  • Vertretung gegenüber Behörden und Leistungsträgern

Zugleich wird die bestehende Betreuung verlängert.

Das Gericht wird spätestens am 25.09.2025 über die Aufhebung oder Verlängerung der Betreuung entscheiden.

Diese Entscheidung ist sofort wirksam.
