Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, die von der Klägerin vermietete Wohnung B-Straße xx, 5.Obergeschoss, rechts vorne, X-Stadt, bestehend aus 3 Zimmern, 1 Küche, 1 Diele, 1 Gäste-WC, 1 Toilette mit Bad, 1 Balkon, 1 Kellerraum zu räumen und der Klägerin im geräumten Zustand zu übergeben.
Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.304,71 € nebst 5 % Zinsen über dem Basiszins seit 07.06.2017, sowie 496,00 € nebst 5 % Zinsen über dem Basiszins seit 07.06.2017 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits haben die Beklagten gesamtschuldnerisch zu tragen.
