Tenor

1. Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 500,00 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozent seit dem 23.10.2015 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

2. Die Kosten des Rechtsstreites tragen der Kläger zu 4/5 und die Beklagte zu 1/5.

3. Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Vollstreckungsschuldner kann die Vollstreckung des Vollstreckungsgläubigers abwenden, indem er Sicherheit leistet in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages, wenn nicht der Vollstreckungsgläubiger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit leistet in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages.
