Aachen District Court reassessed the fees and expenses payable from the State Treasury to attorney M. The decision amended the fee assessment of 16 June 2016 and granted relief on the District Court Auditor’s reminder, filed on behalf of the State Treasury on 20 July 2016. The payable fees and expenses were fixed at EUR 1,157.28. The court also ordered repayment of the EUR 444.46 difference to the State Treasury.
