Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, der Mieterhöhung des monatlichen Nettokaltmietzinses für die in der S-Straße XXX, B-Stadt, gelegene Wohnung vom 01.02.2015 an von bisher 455,40 € um 50,60 € auf 506,00 € (Mietzins pro Quadratmeter und Monat 5,50 €) zuzustimmen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.
