Tenor

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 144,00 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 26.02.2015 sowie Mahnkosten in Höhe von 5 € zu zahlen.

Der Beklagte wird ferner verurteilt, die Klägerin von außergerichtlichen Rechtsanwaltsgebühren in Höhe von 70,20 € freizustellen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
