Tenor

  1. Der Antrag des Antragstellers vom 10.11.2009 auf

a. Erteilung eines Erbscheins, der ihn gemeinsam mit der Beteiligten zu 2) als Erben der Erblasserin zu je ½ Anteil ausweist,

b. Einziehung des der Beteiligten zu 2) am 15.07.1981 erteilten Erbscheins als unrichtig,

c. Feststellung der Unwirksamkeit der am 02.09.1980 erklärten Ausschlagung

wird kostenpflichtig zurückgewiesen.

  1. Der Verfahrenskostenhilfeantrag des Antragstellers vom 10.11.2009 wird zurückgewiesen.
