für Recht erkannt:
Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger 1.661,28 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 01.11.2007 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, den Kläger von außergerichtlichen Rechtsanwaltskosten in Höhe von 158,51 € freizustellen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner.
