Tenor

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.585,87 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 23.10.2007, Zug um Zug gegen Übergabe eines Seminargutscheins, zuzüglich außergerichtlicher Anwaltskosten in Höhe von 106,45 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 12.12.2007 zu zahlen.

Die Widerklage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zur Vollstreckung kommenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
