Tenor

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Klägerin 169,40 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweils gültigen Basiszinssatz aus 106,00 € seit dem 14.06.2005 bis zum 02.11.2005 sowie aus weiteren 169,40 € seit dem 14.06.2005 zu zahlen.

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, die Klägerin von Gebührenansprüchen der Anwaltskanzlei Q&Collegin, V-Straße, ####1 K in Höhe von 26,39 € freizustellen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen zu 1/3 die Beklagten als Gesamt-schuldner und zu 2/3 die Klägerin.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Von der Darstellung eines Tatbestandes wird gemäß § 313 a Abs. 1 Satz 1 ZPO abge-sehen
