Tenor

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 500 € zuzüglich Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 14. 8. 2003 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden gegeneinander aufgehoben.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
