Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.147,36 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz aus 177,98 € seit dem 28.06.2003 und aus 969,62 € seit dem 18.06.2002 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagte hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu zahlen.
