Tenor

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Klägerin ein weiteres Schmerzensgeld in Höhe von 150,00 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 07.06.2003 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner zu 23 % und die Klägerin zu 77 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar
