In this first-instance civil judgment, the Aachen District Court partially granted the plaintiffs’ claim against the defendants. The defendants were ordered, jointly and severally, to pay EUR 427.95 with interest at five percentage points above the applicable base rate from 10 April 2003. Tenor

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Kläger 427,95 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 %-punkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 10.04.03 zu zahlen. Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten als Ge-samtschuldner zu 63 % und die Kläger als Gesamtschuldner zu 37 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
