Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 418,93 DM nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 20.07.1995 zu zahlen.

Die weitergehende Klage wird abgewiesen.

Auf die Widerklage hin wird der Widerbeklagte verurteilt, an die Widerklägerin 930,00 DM nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 02.09.1995 zu zahlen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreites tragen der Kläger 4/5 und die Beklagte 1/5.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Kläger darf die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zur Vollstreckung kommenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
