Erwägungen: Am 23. Oktober 2012 meldete die Beschuldigte gegen das gleichentags ergange- ne Urteil des Bezirksgerichts Dietikon Berufung an (Prot. I S. 4). Mit Eingabe vom 29. Oktober 2012, eingegangen am 30. Oktober 2012, hat die Beschuldigte die Berufung zurückgezogen (Urk. 28). Das Verfahren ist dem- gemäss unter ausgangsgemässer Regelung der Kosten- und Entschädigungs- folgen als erledigt abzuschreiben (ZR 110/2011 Nr. 37). Es wird verfügt: (Oberrichter lic. iur. P. Marti) 1. Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Berufung erledigt abgeschrieben. Demzufolge ist das Urteil des Bezirksgerichtes Dietikon vom 23. Oktober 2012 rechtskräftig. 2. Die Kosten des Berufungsverfahrens werden auf die Gerichtskasse ge- nommen. 3. Schriftliche Mitteilung an − die amtliche Verteidigung im Doppel für sich und zuhanden der Beschuldigten − die Staatsanwaltschaft Limmattal/Albis sowie nach unbenütztem Ablauf der Rechtsmittelfrist resp. Erledigung all- fälliger Rechtsmittel an die Vorinstanz (unter Rücksendung der Akten). 4. Rechtsmittel: Gegen diesen Entscheid kann bundesrechtliche Beschwerde in Straf- sachen erhoben werden. Die Beschwerde ist innert 30 Tagen, von der Zustellung der vollständigen, begründeten Ausfertigung an gerechnet, bei der Strafrechtlichen Abteilung des Bundesgerichtes (1000 Lausanne 14) in der in Art. 42 des Bundes- gerichtsgesetzes vorgeschriebenen Weise schriftlich einzureichen.
Die Beschwerdelegitimation und die weiteren Beschwerdevoraussetzungen richten sich nach den massgeblichen Bestimmungen des Bundesgerichts- gesetzes.
