The Zurich High Court’s First Civil Chamber dealt with an appeal against a District Court Dietikon order concerning legal aid and legal representation. It decided to join the present appeal proceedings with the related appeal proceedings LZ110005 and, because of that joinder, struck the appeal off the list as concluded. The decision was taken by the chamber of the Obergericht on 5 June 2012 and was communicated to the files of the main proceedings.
