In the summer session of 1991, the National Council considered the supervisory commissions' report on inspections and supervisory petitions for 1990. On the commission's proposal, the Council voted to take note of the report. The proposal was adopted, and the sitting closed at 13:10.
Art. 68 GRN; the National Council may take note of a commission report by adopting the commission's proposal in plenary. The decision is a parliamentary resolution without adjudication of individual rights or obligations; it merely records acceptance of the report and closes the matter in the chamber.
