L'Assemblée fédérale a adopté, le 15 décembre 1989, les arrêtés fédéraux urgents ci-après:
Arrêté fédéral sur la mise en œuvre de mesures d'assainissement structurel dans la navigation rhénane
Arrêté fédéral instituant des mesures en faveur de la viticulture (modification)
Ces arrêtés sont soumis au référendum facultatif conformément à l'article 89bis, 2ª alinéa, de la constitution. Le délai d'opposition expire le 28 mars 1990.
Le texte de ces arrêtés est publié dans le Recueil officiel des lois fédérales (RO 1989 2523 et 2541).
