The Federal Assembly, acting under Article 6 of the Constitution and after the Federal Council's message, granted federal guarantee to several revised cantonal constitutional provisions. L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse,
vu l'article 6 de la constitution; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 17 août 19881),
arrête:
Article premier
La garantie fédérale est accordée:
Aux paragraphes 27 et 28, 1er alinéa, de la constitution cantonale acceptés lors de: la votation populaire du 6 décembre 1987.
A l'article 28 bis, 2º, 3e et 4e alinéas, de la constitution cantonale accepté lors de la votation populaire du 8 juin 1986 ainsi qu'à l'article 52, 1er alinéa, lettre f, de la constitution cantonale accepté lors de la votation populaire du 5 avril 1987;
Aux articles 18 et 27 ainsi qu'à l'abrogation de l'article 32, 2e alinéa, de la constitution cantonale acceptés lors de la votation populaire du 6 décembre 1987, de même qu'à l'article 19, 2€ à 4e alinéas, de la constitution cantonale accepté lors de la votation populaire du 20 mars 1988;
A l'article 2A de la constitution cantonale accepté lors de la votation populaire du 6 décembre 1987.
Art. 2
Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas soumis au référen- dum.
