T.________ appealed the Vaud Invalidity Insurance Office's decision refusing a disability pension. Before the cantonal social insurance court ruled on the merits, the office annulled its own decision in view of possible further investigative measures, and the appellant then withdrew the appeal through counsel. The single judge therefore struck the case from the docket. The court also ordered that no judicial fees be collected and no party costs be awarded.
Art. 94 al. 1 let. c LPA-VD; withdrawal of appeal; striking from the docket. When an appellant validly withdraws an appeal, the court removes the case from the docket without examining the merits. If the withdrawal follows an administrative authority’s annulment of the contested decision, the proceedings are nevertheless terminated on withdrawal. In the absence of special grounds, no court fees or party compensation are awarded (Arts. 91 and 99 LPA-VD).

2 - Vu le recours formé le 4 novembre 2014 (timbre postal) par T.________ (ci-après : la recourante) contre la décision de l’Office de l'assurance-invalidité pour le canton de Vaud du 14 octobre 2014 rejetant sa demande de rente d’invalidité, vu la pièce produite à l’appui de ce recours, savoir un courrier de l’Office intimé du 16 octobre 2014, dans lequel ce dernier déclare qu’en raison d’éventuelles mesures d’instruction complémentaires, la décision du 14 octobre 2014 est annulée, vu le courrier de la recourante du 10 février 2015 qui, par la plume de son représentant, a déclaré retirer son recours; considérant qu’il y a lieu de rayer la cause du rôle par suite de retrait du recours, selon la procédure de l’art. 94 al. 1 let. c LPA-VD (loi vaudoise sur la procédure administrative; RSV 173.36), qu’il n’y a pas lieu de percevoir des frais de justice ni d’allouer de dépens (art. 91 et 99 LPA-VD). Par ces motifs, le juge unique p r o n o n c e : I. La cause ouverte par recours de T.________ du 4 novembre 2014 contre la décision de l’Office de l'assurance-invalidité pour le canton de Vaud du 14 octobre 2014 est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
