  • 2 - Vu le recours formé le 14 septembre 2011 par T.________ SA, l'assureur perte de gain de K., à l’encontre de la décision sur opposition prise le 10 août 2011 par C., l'assureur-accidents de ce dernier, vu la réponse déposée le 24 octobre 2011 par l'intimée, vu la déclaration de retrait du recours envoyée par la recourante le 15 novembre 2011 ; considérant qu’il y a lieu de rayer la cause du rôle par suite de retrait du recours, selon la procédure de l’art. 94 al. 1 let. c LPA-VD (loi cantonale vaudoise du 28 octobre 2008 sur la procédure administrative ; RSV 173.36), qu’il n’y a pas lieu de percevoir des frais de justice ni d’allouer de dépens (art. 91 et 99 LPA-VD). Par ces motifs, la juge unique p r o n o n c e : I. La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours. II. Il n’est pas perçu de frais judiciaires ni alloué de dépens.
