V.________ appealed against a decision on opposition issued by R.________ SA. After the respondent filed its answer, the appellant withdrew the appeal. The single judge of the Vaud Social Insurance Court therefore struck the case from the roll pursuant to Art. 94 para. 1 let. c LPA-VD. 2 - Vu le recours formé le 22 juillet 2011 par V.________ à l’encontre de la décision sur opposition prise le 6 juillet 2011 par R.________ SA, vu la réponse déposée le 9 août 2011 par l'intimée, vu la déclaration de retrait du recours adressée le 27 août 2011 par la recourante à la Cour des assurances sociales ; considérant qu’il y a lieu de rayer la cause du rôle par suite de retrait du recours, selon la procédure de l’art. 94 al. 1 let. c LPA-VD (loi vaudoise du 28 octobre 2008 sur la procédure administrative; RSV 173.36), qu’il n’y a pas lieu de percevoir des frais de justice ni d’allouer de dépens (art. 91 et 99 LPA-VD).
