The appellant challenged the State Council's approval of the zoning plan for Fusio (now Lavizzara), but withdrew the appeal at the hearing of 14 September 2005. preso atto che, in occasione dell'udienza del 14 settembre 2005, il ricorrente ha dichiarato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
