The appellant challenged the State Council's approval of a municipal zoning-plan amendment concerning the inventory of buildings located outside building zones. Before the court ruled on the merits, counsel informed the Tribunal by letter that the appeal was withdrawn. The Tribunal therefore struck the case from the register and ordered that no court fees or costs be charged.
