The Ticino Territorial Planning Court dealt with an appeal against the Cantonal Government’s approval of a municipal planning revision. At the hearing on 18 September 2001, the appellant withdrew the challenge. The court therefore held that the matter had become moot and ordered the appeal struck from the docket.
