Resumo

The appellant challenged a State Council resolution approving an inventory of buildings located outside the building zone of a municipality in Ticino. Before the Territorial Planning Court ruled on the merits, the appellant's representative withdrew the appeal by letter of 6 October 1999. The court held that the case had become devoid of object, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no fees or costs be charged.

If the appellant withdraws the challenge before judgment, the proceedings become devoid of object and the court strikes the case from the roll.
