The appeal against the resolutions concerning the inventory of buildings outside the building zone of the municipality was withdrawn by the appellant at the hearing on 21 September 1999. The Tribunal held that the case had become moot and ordered it struck from the docket. It also decided that no court fees or expenses would be collected.
Withdrawal of the appeal during the hearing renders the case devoid of object; the appellate court strikes the proceedings from the docket and may order that no court fees or expenses be charged, especially where the dispute has become moot upon withdrawal.
