In a planning appeal before the Ticino Territorial Planning Court of Appeal, the parties met on site and discussed the disputed zoning issues. The municipality agreed to further examine the planning problems with the cantonal urban planning office and to involve the appellants. The court therefore suspended the proceedings, expressly providing that they could be reactivated at the request of a party.
