Resumo

Two appellants challenged a State Council resolution approving the municipal zoning plan. Before the territorial planning court decided the merits, they withdrew the appeal by letter of 28 May 1998. The court held that the matter had become moot and struck the appeal from the docket. It also ordered that no court fees or costs be levied. The decision was issued by the Territorial Planning Court of Ticino on 4 June 1998.
