Resumo

The appellant challenged the State Council’s approval of a municipal zoning-plan inventory regarding buildings outside building zones. Before the court ruled on the merits, the appellant’s representative withdrew the appeal by letter of 25 March 1999. The Tribunal of Territorial Planning held that the case had become moot and ordered the appeal struck from the docket. It also decided that no court fees or expenses would be charged. The decision was notified to the appellant, the municipality, the State Council, and the planning office.
