Resumo

The appellant challenged the State Council’s approval of a detailed planning scheme for a municipal sector. Before the territorial planning court, the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of 19 January 2001. The court held that the matter had become moot and struck the appeal from the docket. It also ordered that no fees or costs be collected. The decision was issued by the Tribunal of Territorial Planning in Lugano on 23 January 2001.
