The appellant challenged the State Council's approval of a planning variant concerning the inventory of buildings outside buildable zones in the municipality. At the hearing on 12 December 1997, the appellant withdrew the appeal. The Territorial Planning Court therefore struck the case from the docket as moot and ordered that no fees or costs be collected.
