Resumo

The Territorial Planning Court of Ticino dealt with an appeal against the State Council’s approval of a zoning-plan variant concerning buildings outside building zones. On 23 March 2004 the appellant’s lawyer notified the court that the appeal was withdrawn. The court therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted, struck the appeal from the register, and ordered that no fees or costs be levied.
