Resumo

The Comune di __________ appealed against the approval of the revised zoning plan and the inventory of buildings outside the building zones. Before the Tribunal della pianificazione del territorio, the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of 24 September 1999. The court therefore held that the case had become moot, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no fees or costs be collected.
