The appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of 18 December 2000 in proceedings against the State Council resolution approving the municipal zoning plan. The Tribunal of Territorial Planning held that the case had become moot and ordered the appeal struck from the docket. It further ordered that no court fees or expenses be collected. Intimations were sent to the parties and authorities listed in the decree.
Withdrawal of the appeal renders the proceedings moot; the court shall strike the case from the docket. In such circumstances, and absent a contrary order, no taxes or costs are levied (consid. implicit).
