Resumo

The appellant challenged the Cantonal Government's decision approving a municipal zoning plan. Before the planning court could decide the merits, the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of 9 June 1998. The court therefore held that the case had become moot and struck the appeal from the roll. It further ordered that no court fees or costs be levied.
