The Territorial Planning Court of Ticino dealt with an appeal against a cantonal government resolution approving planning variants for a detailed plan. After the appellant's lawyer informed the court on 16 November 1995 that the appeal was withdrawn, the court held that the case had become moot. It therefore struck the appeal from the docket and ordered that no fees or costs be charged.
