la decisione 31 maggio 2005 della __________, che a seguito della sentenza 12 maggio 2005 del Tribunale cantonale amministrativo ha annullato i concorsi concernenti la fornitura e l'istallazione degli impianti di riscaldamento del corpo centrale e della facoltà di informatica;
preso atto che con lettera 17 giugno 2005 il committente ha comunicato al tribunale di aver revocato la decisione impugnata e di aver conseguentemente deliberato le opere messe a concorso alle ricorrenti;
rilevato che il patrocinatore delle insorgenti, con scritto 11 luglio 2005 versato agli atti, constatata l'acquiescenza alle impugnative e le susseguenti delibere, ha postulato la formale chiusura delle procedure ricorsuali e l'assegnazione di un'indennità di fr. 1'500.- a titolo di ripetibili per entrambi i ricorsi, come da accordo intercorso con il committente;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
I ricorsi sono stralciati dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese. Il committente rifonderà alle ricorrenti un importo complessivo di fr. 1'500.- a titolo di ripetibili.
