la decisione 3 maggio 2005, n. 2202, del Consiglio di Stato, che respinge il ricorso degli insorgenti avverso la decisione 17 marzo 2005 del municipio di CO 1 che abroga l'ordinanza municipale relativa al vago pascolo sul proprio territorio;
preso atto che il 4 giugno 2005 i ricorrenti hanno comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
