The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against a municipal decision excluding the appellant from a tender for gardening works. Before judgment, the appellant notified the court in writing that it was withdrawing the appeal. The court therefore declared the proceedings concluded, struck the case from the docket, and ordered that no court fees or expenses be charged.
Withdrawal of the appeal terminates the proceedings; the court then strikes the case from the docket. In the absence of a substantive decision, no court fees or costs are levied when the court so orders (consid. 1-2).

decreta:
