la risoluzione 16 novembre 2004 del Consiglio di Stato (n. 5063), che annulla la decisione 9 agosto 2004 con cui il municipio di RI 1 ha negato il rilascio della licenza edilizia per la posa di un impianto di telefonia mobile al mapp. n. 1424 RFD di quel comune;
preso atto che il 14 dicembre 2004 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
