statuendo sul ricorso 2 agosto 2004 della

contro

la decisione 27 luglio 2004 dell'Ente smaltimento rifiuti, __________, che assegna le opere da impianti elettrici della stazione di trasbordo rifiuti della __________ a __________ alla __________, __________;

rilevato che il committente con nuova decisione del 16 agosto 2004, ha revocato la delibera 27 luglio 2004 e che con risoluzione di identica data ha assegnato alla ricorrente le opere da impianti elettrici;

preso atto delle suddette comunicazioni la ricorrente chiede quindi di stralciare il suo ricorso poiché divenuto privo d'oggetto;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli poiché divenuto privo d'oggetto.

  2. Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
