The appellant appealed a State Council award decision concerning the supply of electrical panels. Before the administrative court ruled, the appellant withdrew the appeal on 28 February 2002. decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
La ricorrente rifonderà l'importo di fr. 400.-- alla resistente __________ a titolo di ripetibili.
