Comune di __________
contro
la decisione 12 novembre 2002, n. 5411, del Consiglio di Stato, in materia di prescrizioni locali concernenti il traffico;
preso atto che il 29 gennaio 2003 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
rilevato che i resistenti si sono avvalsi di un legale iscritto all'albo, per cui si giustifica la corresponsione di un'indennità per ripetibili;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse né spese.
Il Comune di __________ rifonderà ai resistenti fr. 500.-- a titolo di ripetibili.
