The cantonal administrative court dealt with an appeal against a municipal decision awarding a vehicle supply contract. Before the court ruled on the merits, the municipality annulled the award by a later resolution. statuendo sul ricorso 28 giugno 2002 della

contro

la decisione 19 giugno 2002 del municipio di __________ con la quale ha deliberato alla ditta __________ per la fornitura di un veicolo;

preso atto che il municipio di __________ con risoluzione 15 luglio 2002, no. 1919, ha annullato la delibera di cui sopra;

rilevato che la ricorrente con il suo gravame postulava tale esito, per il che la causa va stralciata dai ruoli perché divenuta priva d'oggetto;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli perché divenuto privo d'oggetto.

  2. Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
