The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against a State Council decision declaring inadmissible an earlier challenge to municipal zoning-plan variants. Before judgment, the appellant withdrew the appeal. The court therefore found the proceedings exhausted, struck the case from the docket, and ordered that no court fees or expenses be charged.
