The appellant challenged the Ticino Department of Institutions' refusal to issue a firearm carry permit for work as a municipal usher. Before the administrative court could decide the merits, the appellant withdrew the appeal. The president of the Tribunal cantonale amministrativo therefore struck the case from the rolls and ordered that no court fees or costs be charged.

preso atto che il 25 aprile/15 maggio 2000 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
